※YK-160 搖擺顆粒機是我廠參照國外同類機型并結(jié)合國內(nèi)制藥企業(yè)特點研制開發(fā)的新一代制粒，整粒設(shè)備。與國內(nèi)普通搖擺顆粒機相比具有占地小，整機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計緊湊，簡單，設(shè)備操作維修簡單方便，易拆卸清洗，無死角等優(yōu)點，符合 GMP 要求。本機主要由擺輥部分，機體部分，傳動部分，旋緊裝置等構(gòu)成。

※本機與 HZ 系列（高效濕法造粒機）和 FLB （ PGL ）系列（沸騰制粒干燥機）組成聯(lián)合機組，形成管道化生產(chǎn)，減少二次污染，生產(chǎn)效率高。

※The machine is combined with HZ series (efficient hydro-granulator) and FLB (Fluidized dry granulator). All of them form the pipeline production, reducing the second pollution.
